Giving Back

At Grapeworx, we are committed to giving back to both our local community and the communities of our employees. Locally, we are a proud sponsor of the Graeme Dingle Foundation, supporting initiatives that help make Marlborough the best place in the world to be young. Through this partnership, we help fund programs that develop the skills, values, and attributes young people need to succeed in the workplace and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

We also support and champion youth in sports, sponsoring the local JAB Moutere Rugby Club, and rising stars like Caso, a top Marlborough gymnast; Hero, a talented young basketballer; and Josh, who is making waves on motocross tracks nationwide.

Internationally, we provide annual funding for community projects in the home regions of our employees. Past projects have included installing air conditioning in schools, upgrading temple gates, equipping schools with sports gear, and building public bathrooms. Each year, we collaborate with our staff to identify and support initiatives that will have the greatest impact on their communities.

Giving back is a cornerstone of Grapeworx’s values, ensuring that we contribute meaningfully both at home and abroad.

At Grapeworx Marlborough Ltd, respect for human rights is fundamental to how we operate.

Guided by the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in our relationships with employees, suppliers, customers, and the communities in which we work.

Our approach aligns with international human rights principles encompassed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights including those contained within the International Bill of Rights and the International Labour Organization’s 1998 Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct.

Through our Human Rights Policy and Workplace and Supplier Standards Policy, we actively promote fair employment practices, safe and dignified working conditions, and responsible business conduct. Through ongoing engagement, human rights due diligence, and continuous improvement, we strive to enhance human rights protections across our operations and supply chain, ensuring that all individuals connected to our business are treated with fairness, respect, and integrity.
